252 KIDS Worship - Sunday Mornings
Kids are not an afterthought at New Salem. Each Sunday morning we have a worship time just for kids in Elementary School. Kids dismiss from the main worship service and get to learn from a Bible story, play games and learn scripture. And the last Sunday of each month we have family worship, where we all worship together for the whole service and bring the kids into the sermon time also.
Awana Clubs - Sundays at 5:30pm
Each week we come together to play games, have fun and most importantly learn from God's word! We'd love to see you starting Sunday evenings in August!
Your First Visit
Visiting us for the first time? No fear! Our friendly greeters will show you where our Kids Check-In is when you arrive. Just head to the main sancuary entrance at the front of the building. We will meet your family, check your child into class, and answer any questions you may have. We can't wait to meet you!
Safety
Volunteers at 252 Kids are trained to create an atmosphere where families can confidently leave their children while they are in service. Every volunteer is screened with a background check and the kids hallway is monitored by security personnel. Don't worry parents - we've got this!
What We Teach
Your kids will experience an age appropriate lesson that will teach them about God and His love for them. The teaching is interactive and utilizes multiple approaches for different learning styles. The goal at 252 Kids is for kids to understand who Jesus is and how He can make a difference in their lives. They will also have a lot of fun!
